All prices shown on this site are net prices and do not include sales tax. Any applicable taxes will be added to the total during the checkout process.

Prices

We rarely change our prices, but we reserve the right to do so without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse the sale of a product at a price published on the website or in our catalog if the price is wrong due to a typographical error.

Delayed Orders

We are not liable for any damages incurred as a result of a delayed order. Sometimes shipments get delayed and it is out of our control, so we recommend you order your products with enough time to allow for any possible delays.

Used Products

All used items are sold as-is. Unless otherwise specified, we do not accept returns on used items. All of our used items are guaranteed authentic as we do NOT sell counterfeit products on our website. (That would be illegal!) Most of our used items belong to members of the Dellano Store team and were purchased in stores from authorized retailers. We do not claim to be authorized retailers for our used products. If you have any questions regarding a certain used item, please contact us before you place your order.

Safety and Liability

Buyer assumes all liability directly or indirectly resulting from the use of any and all of the products sold on our site. Our vendors are top-notch and we hold them to insanely high standards, but the fact remains that we do not manufacture any of our products, we only distribute them, so it is the buyer's responsibility to exercise great caution when handling our merchandise.

Self-Defense Products

It should go without saying that children should NOT be allowed to handle any of our self-defense products, period. Keep all of our products out of reach of children at all times!
