Q) Are your used items in good condition?
A) We primarily list like-new used products. For more information, read the product descriptions. When an item has a scratch or two, we will always upload plenty of detailed pictures so you know what you are getting. We want you to buy with confidence, so if you have any questions about a product you see, do not hesitate to contact us!

Q) How do I return a product?
A) In your Account page, you will find a link under My Orders that says Return a product. Click on it and fill out the form. Be sure to read our Return Policy beforehand, as we do not accept certain returns.

Q) Is your site secure? Does it use SSL? Where is the VeriSign logo?
A) Our site is very secure, and yes we do use SSL encryption. You should notice the little padlock on the bottom right corner when you access secure (https://) pages. We do not use VeriSign, we use GoDaddy's SSL Encryption which provides the same amount of protection. If you don't know and/or don't care what SSL is, but you still want to know why there isn't a VeriSign logo on our website, just contact us and we will explain the whole thing to you.

A) PayPal is the easiest, safest, and most convenient way to handle online payments.

Q) Do I need a PayPal account to buy things on your website?
A) Yes, you do. If you don't have an account, we apologize for the inconvenience. PayPal is a great company and we recommend you sign up with them! If you would rather not, you may want to consider paying with a money order instead.

Q) How do I track my package?
A) When we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. You can also find this number under the comments section of your order history, which could be found on the My Account page. If your package was shipped via UPS, you can track your package at http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/track. If your package was shipped via USPS, you can track your package at http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm. Just use the tracking number we have provided you with!
